When does the conference start and end?
The Partner Retreat and Strategy Conference will take place Wednesday, April 3 to Friday, April 5 at the Four Seasons in Austin, TX.
 
We encourage Partners to arrive in Austin by 6:00 pm on Wednesday and schedule their return flights beginning in the early afternoon on Friday.
 
Is there a conference room rate?
Yes. The Democracy Alliance has negotiated a discounted rate at the Four Seasons. Your registration confirmation page will provide you with details on how to book your hotel accomodations.

Will WiFi be available to attendees?
Yes. WiFi information will be distributed when you pick up your registration packet and credentials in Austin.
 
Can I give my conference spot to someone else if I cannot attend?
No. Invites to this DA conference are non-transferable and are intended for the registrant only. Credential sharing or splitting is also not permitted.

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is located at the crossroads of the city’s shopping, dining and entertainment districts.
